KiloVault LiFePO4 lithium battery update — 24v DIY home solar power system


KiloVault 3600 HLX V3 batteries (four of them) – 14.4 kWh in batteries. Seriously “drama free” and doing well. Finally got everything dialed in.     Seen too many videos of battery installs with no proper ventilation (lead acid batteries), fusing, basic negative – positive separation or clear identification of such.

    Glad to hear that you are now drama free on the solar storage. Hopefully I'll be there someday, I have a few "payments" to take care of first then I'll concentrate on the lithium battery bank. At least for now I have AGM's and they have been relatively drama free compared to their flooded counterparts.

    Glad to see it COOKIN' for you.   Surprising to feel the temperature fluctuations over the last couple weeks.  At least the sun shines while it is cool….and easier on the solar panels too.  J K
